Description

Shattered loves zap-apple flowers and are sometimes found in a tree and looking at them. Here is she watering one flower with her little cloud. Shattered have very high resistance to electricity so even if she get zapped she would only feel a warm tickling feeling.

I wanted to shade Shattered also but my computer didn't like all layers i used so i had to settle with this.
